1. Particularly good deep plating ability and even plating ability
Cyanide-free alkaline zinc additives BZ-518 are capable of obtaining a relatively constant plating rate, which means that even in the sharp corners of the workpiece, there is no excessive deposition of zinc, because BZ-518 can make the current efficiency of these parts lower, and at the same time prevent the coating from burning in these parts. Therefore, BZ-518 alkaline cyanide-free zinc plating process is particularly suitable for zinc plating of complex shapes or large flat parts, and due to its good even plating performance, it can improve the quality of the plated parts, as well as reduce the cost of raw materials and shorten the cycle time of plating process.
2. Excellent flexibility and low brittleness
The main drawbacks of general cyanide-free alkaline zinc additives are: the dosage range is not wide, the layer is brittle, it is not possible to plating more than 15um thickness of zinc layer, and it is not possible to withstand dehydrogenation treatment (easy to blistering and peeling) for a few hours at about 200 ℃. BZ-518 additives for plating of thick zinc can be achieved with reasonable addition to achieve the balance of compressive and tensile stresses in the layer, and it can be achieved non-brittle plating, and can carry out deformation of the plated layer.
