The electrolytic degreasing fluid is contaminated

Alkaline copper solution contaminated with oil

Further inspection revealed that there was a very thin layer of oil on the surface of the alkaline copper solution. So when the workpieces came out of the tank from the alkaline copper, the upper row of workpieces were coated with oil, which deteriorated the bond. The source of the oil staining was caused by oil dripping into the trough from the gear box on the automatic line traveler.
